Will Hall: A wildlife photographer, filmmaker, and bushcraft instructor with years of experience in the Highlands. Based in the Scottish highlands for the last four years, Will’s deep knowledge of Scottish wildlife and ecosystems ensures an enriching and insightful experience for all participants.
Alice Johnston: A highly skilled photographer and filmmaker with award-winning work for the RSPB and BBC Scotland. Alice brings a wealth of expertise in Scottish wildlife and landscapes.

Day 1: Arrival & Orientation
Date: Sunday, June 8th
Morning: Guest arrival and check-in.
Afternoon: Orientation at Loch an Eilein and scenic viewpoint in Aviemore.
Evening: Welcome dinner and trip briefing.
Day 2: Osprey Day
Date: Monday, June 9th
Morning: Exclusive access to the Aviemore Osprey Hide for early photography.
Afternoon: Visit Boat of Garten Nature Reserve.
Evening: Rest & Dinner at accommodation.
Day 3: Mountain Day & Reindeer
Date: Tuesday, June 10th
Morning: Reindeer photography at Cairngorm Reindeer Centre.
Afternoon: Optional 4 to 6 hour hike on the Cairngorm Circuit for stunning mountain views.
Evening: Rest & Dinner at accommodation.
Day 4: Ocean Day
Date: Wednesday, June 11th
Morning: Private charter boat trip with North 58 to spot cetaceans.
Afternoon: Visit Findhorn for lunch and Lossiemouth Woods for red squirrels and crested tits.
Evening: Rest & Dinner at accommodation.
Day 5: Conservation Day
Date: Thursday, June 12th
Morning: Talk and fieldwork at Trees for Life’s Dundreggan Rewildling Centre.
Afternoon: Glen Affric experience with optional bushcraft session.
Evening: Rest & Dinner at accommodation
Day 6: Mountain Hare & Raptors
Date: Friday, June 13th
Morning & Afternoon: Full day photographing mountain hares and, potentially, golden eagles and other raptor species.
Evening: Optional: Join us for celebratory meal out in Aviemore.

Cost: We’ve designed our pricing to offer flexibility depending on your accommodation preferences.
• Twin Room (for two people):
£1,750 per person
When two people book together, you will share a twin room at the accommodation, enjoying all the benefits of the trip with a reduced price per person.
• Single Occupancy Room:
£2,250 per person
If you prefer to have your own private space, we offer single occupancy rooms. This option provides a more personal experience, allowing you to fully unwind in your own room after a day of wildlife photography and adventure.
Deposit: £500 to secure your spot.
Spaces: Limited to 6 participants to ensure a personalised experience.

Is it dog friendly?
Sadly, given the nature of the trip, dogs aren’t permitted on this trip
What photography equipment do I need?
While a high end camera isn’t essential, it will enhance your overall experience. We recommend a lens of at least 400mm and a DSLR or mirrorless. You will of course be able to attend all aspects of the trip to observe and not photograph any wildlife though too!
What other equipment do I need?
No specialist mounainteering equipment is required but a good pair of walking boots and comfortable warm clothing is generally recommended for any trip to Sctland. Scottish weather can be unpredictable even in June.
A recommended packing list will be sent out before the trip.

Flights and Travel to Scotland: Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the Highlands.
Fuel Costs: Any personal vehicle fuel costs during the trip will need to be covered by participants.
Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages are not included in the trip package.
Extra Food: Meals and snacks outside of the ones provided during the trip will be at participants’ own expense.
Equipment Insurance: Please ensure that your photography and outdoor equipment are insured, as we cannot cover any loss or damage.
