By booking this trip, participants acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Health & Safety:
   The trip involves outdoor activities, including walking, hiking, and wildlife photography in varying conditions. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good physical condition and capable of participating in all activities. The guides will provide necessary guidance and support, but participants should be aware of their own health limitations.

2. Wildlife Encounters:
   While every effort will be made to maximise wildlife sightings, sightings of specific species are not guaranteed. Wildlife is unpredictable, and we cannot be held liable for any missed opportunities to photograph or encounter animals.

3. Photography Equipment:
   Participants are responsible for their own photography equipment. We recommend bringing suitable gear for varying weather conditions, including a camera, lenses, and a tripod. The trip organisers are not responsible for any loss or damage to equipment during the trip.

4. Weather Conditions:
   This trip will run regardless of weather conditions. Please be prepared for changing and potentially challenging weather, including rain, wind, and cold temperatures. The trip organisers reserve the right to modify the itinerary if necessary for safety reasons due to extreme weather.

5. Accommodation & Travel:
   Accommodation details will be provided in due course, and participants will be informed of all necessary travel logistics in advance. Participants are responsible for making travel arrangements to and from the trip, except for the transportation provided during the event.

6. Medical Issues:
   If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions, you must inform the trip organisers upon booking. We will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements, but this may not always be possible. We will discuss your dietary needs with you prior to the trip. Participants should carry any required medications, including epinephrine for those with severe allergies.

7. Cancellation & Refunds:
   A £500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, but this will be deducted from the overall price of the trip. If the organisers (Will and Alice) need to cancel the event due to low participant numbers, the full amount will be refunded to participants. Full payment will be due 60 days before the start of the trip.

8. Liability:
   By participating in this adventure, participants agree to hold the organisers and guides harmless for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the trip, including while travelling to and from the event location. We are not liable for any incidents related to individual actions, health conditions, or accidents during the trip.

9. Photography & Video:
   By booking this event, participants consent to the use of any photographs or video taken during the trip for promotional purposes by the organisers. If you prefer not to be featured in media, please notify the guides in advance.
